Product detailed description
Don Bosco is a traditionally cultivated maté produced by the Pascual Gentilini Institute in San José, Misiones, named after the Roman Catholic priest Jan Bosco, the founder of the Salesians, who was declared a saint after his death and referred to as the Father and Teacher of Youth. For 90 years, they have been using the Barbacuá drying method followed by natural aging, giving the maté a full, rich, smoky flavor with an initially pronounced sweetness that is later replaced by woody and fruity notes (spruce, strawberries). This moderately stimulating maté is suitable for a wide range of fans and can be brewed multiple times to produce a generous amount of infusions.
