Product detailed description
Hunan Province is primarily known as the home of Hei Cha teas, but it is also home to a variety of other teas. Pine Needle is a green tea that also originates from the Anhua region. It is based on the large-leaf, organically grown Yuntaishan Daye cultivar. Its attractive needle-like shape is achieved through careful roasting and rolling, performed in multiple stages. This is not mass production; the tea is quite rare and not commonly available due to its lengthy and labor-intensive production process. The tea offers a range of refreshing and richly flavored infusions. In its taste, you can expect to discern notes of nuts, honey, and sweet wood, all wrapped in a flirtatious floral peignoir.

This Genmaicha is crafted in the traditional way preferred by the farmers themselves.
