Our black Yunnan tea comes from an organic tea garden in southern China, situated at an altitude of around 1,650 meters. The garden forms a well-managed ecological subsystem, far from industry and dense civilization. The leaves were harvested in mid-April and processed in a facility with over 50 years of experience in black tea production.
The garden is planted with the Changye Bai Hao cultivar, known for its long, delicate leaves and high density of silvery hairs. This tea plant shows strong resistance to diseases and pests. The infusion yields a reddish-brown color, with a strong sweet and floral aroma layered with a subtle roasted undertone. The flavor is gentle and sweet, and the aftertaste is refreshing and clean.
