Our Yunnan Black tea hails from a pristine organic tea garden in southern China, perched at an elevation of approximately 1650 meters. Far removed from industrial zones and dense settlements, the garden is a carefully maintained ecological haven, allowing the tea to flourish in its purest form.
Harvested in mid-April and shaped in a facility with over 50 years of black tea expertise, this tea is crafted from the Changye Bai Hao cultivar—celebrated for its slender, delicate leaves adorned with soft white fuzz. The cultivar’s natural resistance to pests and disease allows for clean, thoughtful cultivation.
The infusion offers a glowing red-brown liquor. Its aroma is bold and sweet, tinged with floral brightness and a gentle roasted undertone. On the palate, the taste is smooth and sweet, finishing with a refreshing clarity—a whisper of spring wind in every sip.
