An unconventional white tea based on the Taiwanese cultivar Hong Yu T-18, originally developed for black tea production. The minimally processed, multicolored leaves produce a fresh yellow infusion with a woody, spicy aroma. The smooth taste reveals a gently floral, delicately creamy character with sweet notes of spices and exotic fruit.
