Alishan is a picturesque region in central Taiwan, designated as a nature reserve. This tea comes from the Ruifeng area in Chiayi County. It offers a complex flavor with a rich texture—hallmarks of a well-crafted high mountain tea. All the signature characteristics of a high-altitude Oolong are present in full force! Made from the Qing Xin cultivar ("Green Heart"), this tea has a smooth profile that is both floral and creamy.
