Product detailed description
In Chinese, "Chun Mee" means "precious eyebrows," a poetic reference to the long, curved shape of this classic Chinese tea’s leaves. It originates from the mountainous Baiyunshan region in Anhui Province. Chun Mee is pan-fired, which results in a less grassy, more nutty character. This tea can be brewed as a light and delicate infusion or as a bold, robust drink, depending on your preferred brewing method. When prepared in the usual way, our Chun Mee yields a medium-bodied, golden liquor with tangy, fruity notes reminiscent of plum. Subtle smoky hints from the pan-firing process can also be detected in both aroma and taste. It's undeniably a tea that offers excellent value for its quality.
