In Chinese, "Chun Mee" means "precious eyebrows," a poetic reference to the long, curved shape of this classic Chinese tea’s leaves. It originates from the mountainous Baiyunshan region in Anhui Province. Chun Mee is pan-fired, which results in a less grassy, more nutty character.
