Yerba Maté Pampa Organica is a great, ecological product from the Monte Carlo agricultural cooperative, producing mate since 1930. Pampa Organica is yerba maté grown in a balanced way without the use of agrochemicals and with consideration for the natural growth of the plant. The Pampa Organica product, after the initial passage of the leaves through fire (immediately after harvesting, they are dried only with hot air for 6 to 8 hours, so the product is smoke-free (sin humo)). After harvesting, it is stored in a warehouse for up to 18 months. It contains powder , small stems, which together with the leaves are nicely cut, with a taste without excessive bitterness.
