Piporé sin Palo e un mate con solo contenuto di foglie e appartiene alla categoria Despalada o Gaucho. E caratterizzato da un basso contenuto di polvere e da una frazione di foglie a taglio medio, che lo rende facile da preparare anche con bocchini in bambu. A seguito di un invecchiamento di un anno e mezzo, il colore e tipicamente argentino - verde chiaro, con note giallastre e marroni chiare. Ha un corpo piacevole e moderatamente intenso, indipendentemente dalla frazione, e una durata media delle infusioni con un cambiamento di intensita dopo le prime 4-5. Al naso presenta aromi terrosi pronunciati, fumo e erbe secche. Prodotto e selezionato appositamente dai raccolti di massima qualita della piantagione, questo mate e confezionato in un imballaggio a quattro strati, garantendo la conservazione a lungo termine delle sue qualita. Piporé sin Palo e invecchiato per un anno e mezzo per ottenere il gusto riconoscibile in tutto il mondo. Productores de Yerba Mate de Santo Pipó SCL is a cooperative of producers born in 1930 and created by a group of Swiss immigrants who settled in Santo Pipó, Misiones, Argentina.
For several years, yerba mate was processed by the Cooperative only to supply different milling companies, who packaged it and sold it with their respective brands in the market. It was not until the beginning of 1960 that Piporé brand was created, began to be marketed in Argentina and later abroad. Nowadays, the brand is among the 10 largest companies of yerba mate in the country and is the second exporter worldwide.
