Product detailed description
Houji (???) means “roasted” and cha means “tea.” Japanese roasted tea, Houjicha (????), is widely used in various beverages and culinary recipes. For these purposes, a powdered form of Houjicha was developed. While similar in texture to matcha, powdered Houjicha is intended solely for culinary use and is not whisked or prepared as a standalone tea.
This Genmaicha is crafted in the traditional way preferred by the farmers themselves.
Enshi Yu Lu, also known as Jade Dew from Enshi, is a delicate green tea.
