Ming Feng Shan lies in the Lincang region of southwestern Yunnan, where ancient tea trees grow at an impressive altitude of 2,100 meters—high even by Yunnan Highland standards. To preserve the unique character of each old tree, farmers harvest and process the leaves separately, using the Dan Zhu method (single-tree picking).
The result is a tea with remarkable clarity and depth. Its flavor evokes ripe figs and fresh longan, with a lingering finish that intensifies into bright citrus notes. Though still young, the tea already reveals a complex yet pristine taste, thanks to the exceptional quality of its raw material.
Rich in minerals, the leaves from Ming Feng Shan allow for multiple infusions—this tea is Nai Pao, meaning it endures steeping again and again. It also holds great promise for long-term aging, making it a treasure for both present enjoyment and future discovery.
