Organically grown white tea from Simao in Yunnan Province, China. The leaves were hand-picked at an altitude of 1500–1600 meters above sea level, with harvests consisting of a bud and one to two leaves. The dry leaves have a fresh aroma, and the infusion tastes smooth, sweet, and delicate, with nutty notes and a subtle floral touch. The fragrance and texture of this tea are reminiscent of aged white tea.
