Un mate rinfrescante con una generosa quantita di menta, destinato alla preparazione fredda. Il taglio e piu grossolano, come e tipico per i mate destinati al Tereré. Il marchio Yacuy e stato fondato nel 1948 ed e particolarmente popolare nel suo paese d'origine, il Brasile, e nel vicino Uruguay. La gamma Yacuy include oltre una dozzina di miscele di alta qualita, con parte della produzione certificata come biologica. La yerba mate Yacuy e raccolta da alberi selvatici nella valle del fiume Iguaçu, che scorre attraverso l'omonimo parco nazionale nello stato brasiliano del Paraná.
