Maté verde premium, finemente macinato con l'aggiunta di guarana, te verde, ibisco e finocchio. Proveniente dalla foresta pluviale brasiliana nella valle del fiume Iguaçu. Adatto per la preparazione del chimarrao. Forte energia naturale. La bevanda ha proprieta stimolanti eccezionalmente delicate ma piuttosto forti. Il suo intenso colore verde e dovuto alla rapida lavorazione immediatamente dopo la raccolta, con essiccazione molto veloce senza lunga stagionatura. E confezionato sottovuoto e macinato grossolanamente per una lunga conservazione del sapore. Il marchio Yacuy e stato fondato nel 1948 ed e particolarmente popolare nel suo paese d'origine, il Brasile, e nel vicino Uruguay. La gamma di Yacuy include oltre una dozzina di miscele premium, con parte della produzione certificata biologica. La yerba maté Yacuy e raccolta da alberi selvatici nella valle del fiume Iguaçu, che attraversa il parco nazionale omonimo nello stato brasiliano del Paraná.
