Yacuy Green Yerba Mate Nativa Moida Grossa je tradiční brazilský zelený yerba mate speciálně vyráběný pro chimarrao. Obsahuje 75 % jemně mletých listů yerba mate a 25 % středně velkých stonků. Na rozdíl od zrajícího argentinského, paraguayského nebo uruguayského yerba mate je tento zelený mate zpracován rychle po sklizni a krátce poté vakuově zabalen, což pomáhá zachovat jeho jasně zelenou barvu, čerstvou vůni a přirozenou chuť. Nálev má velmi svěží, travnatý charakter s jemnou, delikátní, ale intenzivní chutí a krémovou texturou. Jeho živá zelená barva a čerstvý bylinný profil jsou charakteristické pro vysoce kvalitní brazilský chimarrao.
