Organically grown white tea from Simao in Yunnan Province, China. The leaves were hand-picked at an altitude of 1500-1600 meters above sea level, harvesting the bud along with one to two leaves. The dry leaves have a fresh aroma, and the liquor tastes smooth, sweet, and delicate with nutty notes and a subtle floral fragrance. The scent and character of this tea resemble that of aged white tea.
