Prémiový, organický, jemně mletý zelený maté s přídavkem jablek a lesního ovoce. Pochází z brazilské deštné pralesa v povodí řeky Iguaçu, je vhodný pro horkou přípravu, tereré a chimarrao. Chimarrao se výrazně liší barvou, texturou a chutí od argentinského, paraguayského nebo uruguayského yerba, více připomíná zelený matcha čaj - prášek z jemně nasekaných listů s malým množstvím stonků. Obvykle je vakuově balen v prvním týdnu po sklizni, což udržuje vyšší úroveň chlorofylu, který mu dodává jasně neonově zelenou barvu.
