Yacuy Green Yerba Mate Nativa Moida Grossa est une yerba mate verte traditionnelle brésilienne spécialement produite pour le chimarrao. Elle contient 75 % de feuilles de yerba mate finement moulues et 25 % de tiges de taille moyenne. Contrairement à la yerba mate vieillie argentine, paraguayenne ou uruguayenne, ce mate vert est traité rapidement après la récolte et emballé sous vide peu de temps après, ce qui aide à préserver sa couleur verte éclatante, son arôme frais et sa saveur naturelle. L'infusion a un caractère très frais et herbacé avec un goût doux, délicat mais intense et une texture crémeuse. Sa couleur verte vibrante et son profil herbacé frais sont caractéristiques du chimarrao brésilien de haute qualité.
