Sourced from Yunnan, the birthplace of the tea plant and home to the renowned Dianhong (Dian Hong) black teas, this finely ground tea captures the depth and richness of a fully oxidized Chinese black tea in a versatile powdered form. Carefully selected leaves undergo complete oxidation using traditional methods, developing their signature color, aroma, and flavor before being finely milled to preserve the full character of the leaf while enabling a modern preparation style.
The flavor profile is smooth, rounded, and naturally sweet, with layered notes of cocoa, honey, and dried fruits that create a warm and comforting cup. Brewing:
Use approximately 1–2 g of tea per 150–200 ml of water at 85–95 °C and mix or whisk until smooth. Can also be prepared with milk or served cold.
