Yacuy Organic PU1 ist eine hochwertige brasilianische Bio-Grün-Yerba Mate im feinen PU1-Schnitt, traditionell für Chimarrão verwendet und auch für Mate im uruguayischen Stil geeignet. Sie besteht zu 100 % aus Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) und wird ohne chemische Pestizide oder Düngemittel angebaut. Der feine Schnitt erzeugt eine reichhaltige, cremige Infusion mit frischem grasigem Aroma, zartem Kräutercharakter und einem glatten, leicht süßen Geschmack mit sanfter Bitterkeit. Die leuchtend grüne Farbe und der klare Geschmack sind charakteristisch für frische brasilianische grüne Yerba Mate. Yacuy gibt an, dass ihr Bio-Mate im Schatten unter einheimischen Araukarienbäumen angebaut und ohne direkten Rauchkontakt verarbeitet wird, was hilft, das saubere Aroma und den zarten Geschmack zu bewahren.
