Maté vert premium, finement moulu, avec l'ajout de guarana, de thé vert, d'hibiscus et de fenouil. Originaire de la foret tropicale brésilienne dans le bassin du fleuve Iguaçu. Convient pour la préparation de chimarrao. Énergie naturelle forte. La boisson possede des propriétés stimulantes exceptionnellement douces mais assez puissantes. Sa couleur verte intense est due a un traitement rapide immédiatement apres la récolte, avec un séchage tres rapide sans vieillissement prolongé. Elle est emballée sous vide et grossierement moulue pour préserver la saveur a long terme. La marque Yacuy a été fondée en 1948 et est particulierement populaire dans son pays d'origine, le Brésil, et dans le pays voisin, l'Uruguay. La gamme de Yacuy comprend plus d'une douzaine de mélanges premium, dont une partie de la production est certifiée biologique. Le yerba maté Yacuy est récolté a partir d'arbres sauvages dans le bassin du fleuve Iguaçu, qui traverse le parc national éponyme dans l'État brésilien du Paraná.
