La version entiere est complétée par un arôme d'orange qui n'est pas trop intense, ne perturbant donc pas le gout du houx paraguayen, mais le complétant et l'améliorant de maniere intéressante. Selecta Orange est recommandé a servir froid sous forme de terere, de préférence avec des glaçons, et pour rehausser la saveur fruitée, il peut également etre mélangé avec du jus. Cependant, rien ne vous empeche de l'apprécier chaud. L'infusion n'est pas trop amere, fumée ou lourde, ce qui la rend adaptée aussi bien aux débutants en yerba maté qu'a ceux familiers avec le riche monde de l'or vert sud-américain. The history of Selecta began around the year 1942, when Mr. Reinaldo Brönstrup and his wife Mrs. Malvina Bohn, both immigrants, dedicated themselves to the first yerba mate plantations in the area; they decided to start the production of Yerba Mate, a few years later a mill was built and from the year 1950 they dedicated themselves to the integral production of Yerba Mate from the nurseries, cultivation, harvesting, processing and packaging of the final product, which went on the market with the name of Yerba Mate Selecta.
