Verdelandia Tereré Citron est un maté vert classique avec des feuilles plus grandes et plus épaisses et des tiges plus grossieres, principalement destiné a une préparation froide. Le maté est enrichi d'un arôme naturel de citron, ce qui lui confere un gout et un parfum tres rafraîchissants qui persistent meme lors des infusions ultérieures. Verdelandia est une entreprise familiale traditionnelle fondée en 1985. Elle a été l'une des premieres dans l'État du Paraná a commencer l'emballage sous vide, ce qui permet de garder le maté frais beaucoup plus longtemps. En plus du chimarrao traditionnel, elle s'est également concentrée ces dernieres années sur la production de tereré. L'entreprise adopte une approche durable, investissant intensivement dans le reboisement et la plantation de nouveaux houx, dont le produit brut pour la production de maté est récolté une fois qu'ils ont atteint leur maturité. Everything started in Matelandia in 1985 and it has been part of circles of chimarrão (Mate drink) ever since.
Verdelandia is the pioneer of vacuum herb processing in Paraná, and they have always prioritized the quality of our products and services: from the selection of the raw material for drying, processing, packaging, and distribution of the final products. The first brand was launched in 1986: Verdelandia Mate herb.
More flavors arrived in the factory at the beginning of the twenty-first century. The company started the production of Mate herb for terere drinks. The success of our terere drinks consists of the mix of the green Mate herb and the flavor of mint, peppermint, lemon, pineapple, and others.
Verdelandia Mate Herb industry consists of four lines of production: three for the processing of Mate for chimarrão and one for terere. It produces over a million kilos of Mate herb per month and it is available throughout the country.
