Yacuy Green Yerba Mate Nativa Moida Grossa es una yerba mate verde tradicional brasileña especialmente producida para chimarrão. Contiene 75% de hojas de yerba mate finamente molidas y 25% de palos de tamaño medio. A diferencia de la yerba mate envejecida argentina, paraguaya o uruguaya, esta yerba mate verde se procesa rápidamente después de la cosecha y se envasa al vacío poco después, ayudando a preservar su color verde brillante, aroma fresco y sabor natural. La infusión tiene un carácter muy fresco y herbáceo con un sabor suave, delicado pero intenso y una textura cremosa. Su vibrante color verde y perfil herbal fresco son característicos del chimarrão brasileño de alta calidad. El corte Moida Grossa ofrece una textura ligeramente más gruesa, manteniéndose adecuada para la preparación tradicional del chimarrão.
