En Sara Ivory Esplendida encontramos hojas finamente molidas con la adición de hierbas aromáticas. Sara Esplendida con hierbas es un mate estilo uruguayo, bastante exigente pero gratificante con un sabor distintivo y duradero, en este caso con interesantes notas herbales de fondo y un hermoso aroma. Las variedades uruguayas, producidas en Brasil principalmente para el mercado uruguayo, se caracterizan por una combinación interesante de sabores, especialmente en la versión con hierbas. La amargura y acidez de la yerba son relativamente moderadas, con una ligera cremosidad y notas de hierba, ortiga, té y cereales.
