Sourced from the Huangshan region in Anhui province, this green tea matcha reflects the long tradition of refined Chinese tea craftsmanship. The leaves are carefully steamed to preserve their natural green character and freshness, then finely ground into a versatile powder that allows for full-leaf consumption in a modern preparation style.
The flavor profile is light, clear, and refreshing, with gentle grassy tones complemented by subtle sweetness and a soft nutty undertone. Unlike more umami-driven styles, it emphasizes purity and drinkability, resulting in a smooth and easy-going cup suitable for everyday use. Its powdered form allows for quick whisking, mixing, or incorporation into a wide range of applications, including smoothies, desserts, and milk-based drinks. With good solubility, consistent flavor, and versatile functionality, it is also well suited for professional gastronomy and industrial food applications.
Brewing:
Use approximately 1–2 g of tea per 150–200 ml of water at 70–80 °C and whisk or shake until smooth. Can also be prepared with cold water.
