Selecta Despalada Sin Palo - un clásico yerba maté paraguayo de una de las marcas más renombradas del país, originaria de Bella Vista en la provincia de Itapúa. Se seca utilizando el método tradicional de barbacuá, que implica el uso de humo de madera caliente. Esto le da a la yerba un aroma ahumado de madera tostada. The history of Selecta began around the year 1942, when Mr. Reinaldo Brönstrup and his wife Mrs. Malvina Bohn, both immigrants, dedicated themselves to the first yerba mate plantations in the area; they decided to start the production of Yerba Mate, a few years later a mill was built and from the year 1950 they dedicated themselves to the integral production of Yerba Mate from the nurseries, cultivation, harvesting, processing and packaging of the final product, which went on the market with the name of Yerba Mate Selecta. More than 70 years have passed since the "Selecta" brand came onto the market, the greatest legacy left by the past generation is the culture of work, faith in God and love for the family as well as the values of excellence, teamwork, honesty and respect that drive to continue with the objective of "Producing Quality".
