Selecta Siempre es un mate con la adición de hierbas, adecuado para problemas digestivos o después de un pesado almuerzo dominical. Ingredientes: Yerba mate, eneldo, manzanilla, Boldo (Peumus boldus), Gomphrena (Gomphrena perennis), anís. El eneldo facilita la digestión y ayuda con problemas de flatulencia, además de ser un diurético. La manzanilla, además de sus efectos calmantes, ayuda con la sensación de estómago pesado. El Boldo (Peumus boldus), utilizado especialmente en la medicina tradicional, es muy útil para tratar el estrenimiento y los cólicos. La Gomphrena (Gomphrena perennis) se utiliza para inflamaciones de garganta y tiene efectos antiinflamatorios. El nombre tradicional Siempre vive significa 'vida eterna'. El anís generalmente apoya el sistema digestivo y tiene efectos sedantes. La yerba mate Selecta es considerada uno de los mejores mates paraguayos. Solo se utiliza lo mejor en su producción: los tallos y hojas de yerba mate, que son los más aromáticos y tienen un alto contenido de vitaminas y minerales. The history of Selecta began around the year 1942, when Mr. Reinaldo Brönstrup and his wife Mrs. Malvina Bohn, both immigrants, dedicated themselves to the first yerba mate plantations in the area; they decided to start the production of Yerba Mate, a few years later a mill was built and from the year 1950 they dedicated themselves to the integral production of Yerba Mate from the nurseries, cultivation, harvesting, processing and packaging of the final product, which went on the market with the name of Yerba Mate Selecta. More than 70 years have passed since the "Selecta" brand came onto the market, the greatest legacy left by the past generation is the culture of work, faith in God and love for the family as well as the values of excellence, teamwork, honesty and respect that drive to continue with the objective of "Producing Quality".
