Yerba mate paraguaya fuerte, proveniente de tallos y hojas de mate especialmente seleccionados y aromáticos. Muy vigorosa y estimulante. El boldo (Peumus boldus) se utiliza tradicionalmente para problemas de excreción de bilis en el duodeno y como un agente calmante, diurético y antibacterial que actúa sobre las vías biliares y urinarias. Se indica como remedio para cálculos biliares, vesículas o hígados dolorosos, inflamación de la vejiga, reumatismo y especialmente para cálculos biliares inflamatorios dolorosos. El componente de aceite esencial incluye ascaridol, que actúa contra parásitos. La hoja también se utilizó tradicionalmente para la gonorrea y enfermedades del hígado. Dosis altas pueden causar irritación y dano renal, especialmente en casos donde el tejido renal ya está afectado por otras enfermedades.
